Kappa didn’t have the best year but they were not mean. They focused on that during work week and it would not have been tolerated. I have close friends that are kappas and what you said about the sadddest city in America makes no sense. Just like chi o they have girls that begin recruitment really wanted to be kappas and they have those loyal kkg girls in their pledge class that will put in effort for their chapter!
