@too big-Agree- if grades are good enough to get in the school they should be good enough to go through rush! There are so many girls that would be a great addition that can't even rush! Also not fair for the people that have learning disabilities. If the houses are promoting volunteer and philanthropies then the grades should not matter-Good enough for admissions then good enough for rush!
