If you sign the card after the Pref parties you will not be eligible to COB for a full year. So if your not feeling it, drop out of recruitment and don’t complete the card. Then if any house is doing COB you would eligible, but most houses won’t COB someone they already cut, so if you are thinking of dropping out, hoping to get a COB from a house that already cut you, that almost never happens. Once cut, always cut.
