I also think there should be an emphasis on identifying the “tiers” as what they are. “Tier 1” houses are the ones that it will be increasing difficult to get a bid from unless you already have a connection in the the house. All those members are fighting to get girls from their hometowns in. Doesn’t make it bad, that is actually how the real world works, you have a better shot getting a job if you have someone already in the company that can vouch for you. “Tier 2” houses knowing someone in the house will help but they definitely have room for girls with no connections. “Tier 3” houses are filled with girls that would’ve preferred to be in a “higher tier house” but had no connections, were released from those houses, heartbroken, stuck it out and found a home within those houses. If you find yourself in this situation, you should look around and realize that there are a ton of amazing girls that are in all the houses. I think if everyone understood that this is really what the tiers represent it would take away the negative connotation associated with it.
