Literally every sorority is focused on standing out and impressing PNMs - even Chi O, who may very well already have their bid list mostly finalized but still need those girls to be excited about being part of the chapter (and truthfully, whatever their faults Chi O’s leadership isn’t dumb and they understand that there is at least a slight possibility that they may meet some outstanding PNMs during recruitment and should be prepared to impress them). Recruitment is to a large extent about marketing and branding, even for very established houses. If you’re active in a chapter you should understand this.
