How important are letters of recommendation actually? Does it increase my chances at all? I’ve heard multiple people on this site and in person tell me that they honestly don’t matter but I’ve just been so stressed out about rush week so I’m curious to know. Here’s how my letters of rec go since I only accumulated 4 total sorority A - 2 letters sorority B - 1 letter sorority C - 1 letter Do these letters of rec truly matter? And yes, I understand attitude, open-mind was, and conversations play a role but again, just curious on how effective a letter would be on increasing chances. Thanks! (:
