Funny story, so last year during pref I had a pnm tell me how her roommate had been bashing my house all week. But then came pref and she said she was going to settle since the roommate loved us and would probably end up here. Long story short, got her name, she suicided with only us to be with her friend, we cut her. Don’t bash houses to anyone. You never know where the info will go.
