I think by decent you mean “desirable” based on what others think. Honestly with so many freshmen admitted and the number of ladies going through recruitment, one the “lower ranked” houses on here is where you’ll most likely receive a bid to. Not a bad thing, but the top houses know who they are giving bids to already. For the most part.
