Sorority chapters are individual entities at each school, and a good sorority on one campus can be a not-so-good one somewhere else, and vice versa. Recruitment happens at the chapter level, not nationally, so it doesn't matter how XYZ is somewhere else; if it's a good chapter then it will be a desired house among pnm's. And each school has it's own unique pool of pnm's that conforms to the general type of student and campus culture at that school, so the pnm's don't magically change when a new sorority comes on. A school wouldn't have a sudden influx of more rich girls, or more party girls, or more smoking hot girls, or more Southern girls, or girls with famous parents, or whatever because of a new sorority coming on, it would be the same freshmen as usual. Any new sorority would have to commit a huge amount of resources as far as $$$, expertise, and alumnae commitment to come on here, and be accepted as a good fit between their expectations and those of the current mix of existing sororities; nothing else matters but those things.
