No, because bid matching doesn't work that way. The matching process starts at the top of a sorority's ranked bid list and goes through it trying to match with the pnm's who put that house first. If you are high enough on your first choice's bid list to match with them before they reach quota then you will get a bid there. If you don't make their cut-off then the process will try to match you with your second choice house the same way, and if you don't match with them before they reach quota then you would be placed at either as a quota addition. So it doesn't matter where your second choice has you ranked, it's all about where your first choice has you ranked.
