I had both on pref and chose pi phi! Best decision ever! If we had spring recruitment I can’t imagine any pnm NOT choosing Pi Phi over Kappa. Choose the more laid back, non judgmental house! A year later and I still haven’t met a kappa I would want to be friends with. I have friends in chi o and zeta so I am not trying to bash all top houses!
