There is a reason for this! Chi o, pi phi, zeta and kappa know who they are going to rush and usually get 90 percent of who they want. Kappa lost girls to pi phi last year but they still made quota. They just went further down their list. Zetas love to find 10 to 20 cute girls during recruitment but still just like the others they have their favorites before recruitment begins. The real recruitment begins with KD/Tri Delt. Phi mu is on here the least in my opinion because although no one on here wants to admit it ( and yes they are not well liked on campus) they do pretty well during recruitment and do take girls from KD/Tri Delt. The alphas compete with each other and dg is knocking on their door working very hard to move up from their bottom/new position.
