It was brought up in another post how kappa and chi o manipulate the system by having their bid list completed and making big cuts in the beginning. It is total manipulation to make their houses appear exclusive. It makes sense now. Most PNMs do not cut them because kappa and chi o will cut PNMs first. They can argue return rates, exclusivity and blah, blah, blah. Panhellenic knows better and should do better. UArk knows better and should do better. Gosh! It all makes total sense now. What if all chapters operated this way? There wouldn't be a greek system.
