After last recruitment I wouldn’t say kappa/chi o undisputed top. They both lost girls to pi phi /zeta ( as they do every year) but kappa really took a hit. Yes there will always be the girls that will rank them higher just because of this site but more and more we are seeing girls pick houses they genuinely feel a connection with versus simply going off a rank.
