Aphi's in the SEC might be mid tier, but they are top in almost the entire rest of the country. I'm OOS and they are hugely popular where I come from. Their rep doesn't appear to have been hurt in the least. We're getting a lot of OOS girls who don't want to be in houses full of Arkansas girls, and I think OOS PNMS would go for them. Whether they wanna jump in is another question though. The SEC, with their traditional houses isn't easy for any house to break into.
