I feel like there was a definite shift in the mid tier houses after recruitment so here’s how I see it as being someone who’s unaffiliated. Top: kappa/Chi o/Pi Phi /Zeta Let’s face it these are the most selective and typically most popular when going through recruitment. Elitist status is annoying but that’s what brings people’s interest they want to be considered the best. Upper mid: KD/Tri Delt/ADPI Tri Delt seems to have fallen this year. They are typically the 5th spot but KD seems to have swept them. These are where the competition begins as they fight for the same girls but these houses have different vibes. Mid: Phi Mu/AOII These two have sort of the same vibe but AOII is way more chill and friendly. Lower mid: AXO/DG Not saying bottom cause both houses are good however these tend to just blend in and not spark interest with pnms however very sweet girls.
