Of course cost should be a consideration. If you can’t afford it, you should not get yourself stressed out or in debt. It’s not judgement, it’s fact. You don’t get to choose your house based on cost (houses choose you) and there a lot of hidden costs (tshirts etc). Now that being said, this post appears to be informative when in fact it’s just to talk smack about houses under the pretense of what they charge.
