It isn’t cool to be from Little Rock. That is not a thing at all, much less to cut people merely because they are not from LR. And that is the polar opposite of being “laid back.” Better description: relies on redunkulous notion of exclusivity that the entire rest of the US would ridicule: that being from a Chi O Little Rock makes you the elite.
