a lot of the reason for the price difference is meal plans. these houses include a meal plan in their dues: AXO Chi O Kappa Phi Mu so while their dues may look significantly higher than other chapters, they’re also providing out of house members with meals (usually daily lunch and chapter dinner) whereas the other houses do not (possibly with the except of Friday lunch)
