And please try to find within yourself the confidence to realize that any house that wants you, that sees your power and potential, is by definition a top house! That’s MUCH easier said than done, I know, especially as recruitment by its very nature inevitably involves a measure of rejection, and even at its best the process is draining - but hang in there… if you get dropped by a house you really like, 99.9999% of the time it is absolutely not personal, this really is a numbers game… but when a house wants you it is personal, because they really see something special in you.
