You act like someone picking a bottom house over a top house is special? They picked that house because it was the top house in their mind, and they just simply liked it better. Some people don’t care about the hierarchy, and pick houses based off of best fit. I’m in a bottom house. And all of the new PNMS were asked (if they felt comfortable) to raise their hands when the second house they had on pref was called. And most of them were in the top 5.
