copied from another post because it's accurate! the top houses aren't competing against each other - they've already lined up their legacies/connections long before day one. i would say from tri delt to dg - these houses are all going for the same girls. pnms will have all different combinations of these 7 houses by pref round. honestly, these are the houses pnms should be focused on. if you don't already know you're most likely going to be a kappa or chi o - then you're not going to be.
