Connections matter more than ANYTHING for a top house. Chi o/kappa. Zeta/pi phi Legacies with a mom that graduated from UARK may help for chi o. Other than that your legacy status won’t matter much. Grades will also be very important for pi phi and being cute with an outgoing personality during recruitment will help for zeta. Kappa for real if you don’t know anyone you aren’t on their list.
