Very few people of color go through recruitment at uark therefore diversity is a big issue. Legacies carry less and less weight each year. One thing that doesn’t change is how much connections matter for top houses. All houses are good so if no connections you will be fine :) Hopefully a more diverse group of girls will come through recruitment this fall!
