Ok I would be so curious to get the actual truth behind the “theta was treated badly” excuse that people have been saying for years. Of course the chapters active members at the time will always have bad blood. But from the organizational standpoint, how bad could it have really been? Greek life was totally different in 1989. The National Panhellenic Conference, college Greek life offices, heck even the way recruitment quotas/bid matching and all that stuff have been completely reformed in the last 30 years. A colonization in the next few years would yield very different results.
