Sig Ep nationally has patterned themselves sort of like the Boy Scouts. They are a completely dry house, they have no pledging, and membership is a 4 year ‘process’ where you achieve different levels of development as you go along, sort of like accumulating merit badges. Sig Ep is a good national though.
