To the people saying “if zeta isn’t a top then pi phi isn’t” because pnms pref zeta over pi phi..... that’s the same thing as someone saying “kappa isn’t a top because pnms preffed pi phi over them.” Just because people pref one house over another house doesn’t mean that the one house is better. There’s more that makes a house a “top” than who prefs a different house over them
