I think it depends who you ask. Before I came here I had no connections so I only considered the top houses to be Kappa, Chi O, and Pi Phi and Zeta was desirable. Now I’m in a mid tier house I’d consider Kappa chi o Pi Phi Zeta And Tri Delt the top 5. But the real top is still chi o kappa pi phi
