When I asked my friends all included zeta as a top house and said it may be difficult to get without connections. My guy friends all said zeta was one of their favorites and that chi o was known as the top house. The girls I asked said pledge any house but chi o(they are all in mid tier houses) didn’t really explain why. The one girl I know who isn’t greek said zeta is a top house. I am in a mid tier house now so I think maybe it’s where your from what people think? I am from out of state.
