I actually think that it should be like this Upper Top Kappa Chi O Top Zeta Phi Pi/Tri Delt With the exception of Kappa, I think these are the top houses because of tradition and being on campus consistently since the 1890s - 1920s Mid Everyone else is really on the same level. It’s just what vibe you are going for. Each do the best at different things. For example: Best Banners-AOII & Phi Mu Prettiest House-DG Best Bid Day Theme - AXO etc....everyone add to this
