COB is definitely happening this year! Try emailing the recruitment chair of the chapter’s your interested in. I would try DG, AOII, ADPi, AXO, Phi Mu, and Zeta has occasionally given COB offers in the past but not often. And to be clear I’m not saying for sure if any of these chapters are doing it, these are just who have done it in the past!
