I got a COB bid a few years back so it’s possible. I emailed the sororities I was interested in and surprisingly out of the 5 emails I sent, I got 3 back and accepted invites to meet some girls. Got two offers, accepted one. No regrets and I felt like I was in control though this is NOT TYPICAL. Didn’t go through normal rush due to a summer internship for incoming freshman. Also, for all you “ladies” who are being rude and hateful, you could just be quiet.
