I guess I take it a different way? Like if you are invited to pref that you a chosen, as in really special and important to the chapters? Since anyone invited to pref (at any chapter) must be placed on their bid list somewhere, those PNMs are women that they would be thrilled to see in their chapter. Maybe not the best slogan but I don’t think it implies dirty rushing.
