I’ve been on exec. The chapters don’t just have financial aid laying around. The aid funds that nationals have are usually designed to assist members who have some sort of major tragic accident happen to them (ex. Family’s House burns down, both parents die in a car accident, etc.). Not general ‘i can’t afford dues.’
