Most every chapter, in coordination with national offices, offer scholarship opportunities to deserving members based on a variety of factors. These scholarships help members defray tuition costs, etc. Though it is something groups may need to think about to address inequalities in the recruitment process and Greek life in general, I don’t personally know of any help offered to reduce the cost of dues/membership, and offering such help would need to be done with great caution and discretion so as not to make any members feel “bottom tier,” so to speak.
