I actually heard that Texas Chi O was the one who copied the script first from an unrelated blog, and that they are the ones who didn't even know their video script was plagiarized. Just typical chi o's quick to cut down other houses to make up for the fact that they are not a well liked house anymore... guess they're like that at all schools. Also you can't sue if you also plagiarized something.
