Ok so everyone talks about a top 5 being kappa, pi phi, chi o, zeta, and tri delt but if we’re comparing them really there’s a top 4 being Kappa, Pi phi, Chi O, and Zeta. Tri Delt is good but it’s more of an upper mid on it’s own. The other 4 are more desired and zeta used to be on the same level as Tri Delt but they’ve stepped up the past years. Tri Delt is good but not a for sure top house
