Tied? With a few exceptions they don’t go for the same girls. Kappa will go for their girlfriends from back home, legacies, Sunday school teachers daughter, daddy’s rich friend daughter ect... they have their list and will get who they want. Zeta has a list for sure but unlike kappa they don’t focus as much on legacies and always leave plenty of spots open for girls they fall in love with during recruitment. My close GF was let’s just say “in the know” last year. Both are highly desired houses during recruitment. Kappa gets who they want and girls they may have been looking at other houses often fall in love with zeta during recruitment. Who knows this year how things will shake out when pnm’s can’t go to the houses. I had both kappa and zeta until pref then both cut me on the day of pref. Truth is zeta was my fav but I ranked kappa higher just because I was told they were so exclusive. I am in a mid tier house and happy though so life goes on!:)
