Hey y’all! Future real estate agent here! These are all my personal opinions and I LOVE all the houses here! Even the older houses here are a lot nicer than the nicest ones at other universities! Kappa/ Zeta: just so pretty. The exteriors are very similar and the interiors are just as nice! ADPi/ DDD: also similar looking, beautiful style and look very homey! Phi Mu: very nice interior and I love the pink brick! AXO/ DG: very pretty!!! the traditional columns are red brick is timeless Alpha O: Very cute as well! KD: beautiful but unfortunately very far from campus :( Pi Phi: pretty outdated and needs renovation but cute on the inside! also far from campus Chi O: the oldest house on Maple being the founding chapter. Alums consider it historical so it is unlikely there will be any major renovations. Dark and dated on the inside but closer to campus than KD and PBP
