Every sorority has a complete list of PNMs and have been given your information since registration opened. The recruitment team/officers for each chapter have access to each of you. Not really possible for every member to have access to every PNM. Chapters know their members - they know each of their hometowns, what clubs they were involved with in high school, their majors, etc. and will flag similar PNMs for them to meet. So the active you talked to probably doesn’t have access to the full list of PNMs, but you won’t be overlooked! We are working hard to get to know you!
