I have to agree with @honestly. Chi o used to be a great house but the recent pcs have been so average they bumped down to middle tier. Tri delt and zeta had great pledge classes and bumped them up. I think the ranking for top houses is Kappa Zeta Pi phi Tri delta Chi o
