Phi Lamb is a Christian sorority and you just need to attend their rush events go join, there is no formal recruitment like Panhellenic. If you rush Phi Lamb you are not allowed to join a Panhellenic sorority also. However phi lamb girls are really nice and a good way to go if you are looking for sisterhood and not for parties. Again it’s a Christian sorority so they have a lot of bible study and worship!
