ALSOOOO. The only difference is that you won’t see us face to face some days. Which who cares? It’s Over a camera... pretty much same thing. Maybe I won’t smell your perfume, or see the lipstick on your teeth, but whatever. If we were still in person recruitment 24/7, social media rules would be still be a thing and we wouldn’t be allowed to have contact with ANY PNM. So how does someone not following you really hurt their chances? It’s like how it would’ve been last year... no contact😂
