I'm looking to rush as an out-of-stater. Not a legacy, average/slightly above average looks, 3.9, etc. What house should I rush srysly? I'm assuming the top tier chapters are not really worth considering. I don't really care tbh; I'd just like to be in one that value the normal sorority things. thanks
