pi phi cuts hard on gpa! theres a very very slim chance you're going to keep getting asked back if you don't have a high gpa. they don't really do much on campus... I have a few pi phi friends and they don't hangout with pi phis they hangout with other sororities. kkg- definitely need connections, they pretty much know who they want and they're going to get them unless something weird happens or if the pnm prefs another house higher. tri delt- they have a super wide range of girls, I don't really hear a ton about tri delt except when it comes to their philanthropy which is awesome but I feel like they're more low-key.
