For many years UArk Panhellenic used variable quota which dictated that established chapters take the smallest PC's and the newer chapters take a larger PC. Last year for PC19, they went back to a more traditional quota where all the girls participating in pref were divided equally. There was less than a 15 person difference between the chapters unlike PC18 that had a spread from 100-165 new members. Total is the number you are referring to which will allow some chapters after formal recruitment ends to bring in more new members based on their chapter size.
