Most of the time recs are just a box to check off, but a really great and personal letter can help get you noticed more by the recruitment team, especially alumna from arkansas 2. Short answer, yes, everyone judges based off appearance but that doesn’t mean they will cut you. Sometimes it is the easiest factor but with a good resume and conversations you will be fine! 3. Again just another check but it is definitely helpful. You can be cut for Having too low but you’re definitely fine
