Recs do help, if you don’t have one for every house it’s not the end of the world. Personally we didn’t cut girls for how they looked, I don’t think many houses do. Just be confident and be yourself and you will be fine I promise! Grades are important that’s what cuts the first round are usually about. Having great grades and test scores do give you an advantage. But even if you don’t have an amazing gpa you can still get a bid it just depends on the house and their requirements.
