Everyone just be honest....Kappa and Chi O are still top 2. They compete for the same girls and have been tops for at least the last 30 years. Chi O may have had a slight hiccup but they are still better than others mentioned and will fully recover shortly. No one in my area (school, camp, etc.) would disagree. Other houses are great too.
