All of the new houses are on the exact same level when it comes to building houses. The university is intent on putting up the new houses at the same time and have yet to solidify any blueprints or specific land for any specific chapter. Any other information is speculation and, in all honesty, untrue. All houses have done the work on their end to prepare for houses and now are all equally waiting on the university.
